Zebra 1.5.0 Launch

The Zcash Basis is happy to announce the discharge of Zebra model 1.5.0.

This launch features a “Minimal Viable Product” (MVP) implementation of shielded scanning, with a brand new “zebra-scan” crate and behind an experimental “shielded-scan” characteristic.
